The Superior Blues got by the SoCal Wildfires at SAFECO Field.  The final
score was 5 to 3.
 
Superior tallied 4 runs in the bottom of the 3rd inning when they came up with
3 base hits.  That early run support was all that Dallas Keuchel(1-0)
required.  Superior banged out 9 hits on the afternoon.  
 
Rafael Soriano was credited with his 2nd save.  Joe Saunders(0-1) was hit with
the loss.  He allowed 5 runs and 9 hits in 7 innings.  
 
'He gutted it out' Mike Swanson said of Keuchel.  'I was very impressed by his
tenacity.'
