In a close game it was the Superior Blues 6, the West Hills Bravos 4 at SAFECO
Field.
 
Adam Lind had a good evening at the plate.  He laced a one-base hit scoring a
run in the 2nd inning, lined a base-hit plating a run in the 7th inning and
lofted a three-run bomb in the 8th inning.  Superior took care of West Hills
with no trouble in the 9th.  
 
The victory went to Sean Marshall(1-0) who went 1 inning, allowing no runs.
Marshall got help from Rafael Soriano who was credited with his 2nd save.
Junichi Tazawa(0-1) ended up with the loss in relief.
